The bands affiliated with the Southern California collective Black Twilight Circle are making some of the most creative black metal in America right now. A couple weeks ago, WFMU’s My Castle of Quiet recorded Volahn, Kallathon, Shataan and others with over two hours of live music. You’re gonna want to get these.
